We live 50m from the apartment with 3 children. Computer engineer and doctor at Albi hospital, it was at the end of 2015 that we took the plunge and moved to Albi.

We acquired this property somewhat by chance and took advantage of the confinements of 2019 to launch major renovation works. Electricity, plumbing, kitchen, bathroom, we took over the entire apartment.

After 1 year of work, we were finally able to use this apartment to welcome friends and family and it was then quite naturally that we rented it out in 2022.
